You're dealing with oldies here! I graduated in 1986 and with a programming background I have quite an aptitude for working things out even if I don't know exactly how. That's the key to being "good with computers". You can't know everything, and even if you thought you knew today, tomorrow you wouldn't. Technology changes, we constantly teach ourselves from experience and researching on the internet.
